KeysightCare Technical and Application Support Engineer works in a team environment to provide world-class support and services to our customers. You will work as a professional application engineer, to contribute to value creation, to drive customer satisfaction and to demonstrate high performance in your work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• As an expert of Keysight's Digital Test products or solution, provides responsive and in-depth pre-sales and post-sales technical support including measurement, application, configuration etc.
  

• 作为是德科技数字测试产品或解决方案的技术专家，为客户提供及时深入的的测量、应用和配置等各方面的售前售后技术支持。

• Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation and start-up assistance to the customer ba

• 基于是德科技的测试测量产品和服务，为顾客提供解决方案、启用协助等专业知识。

• Understands customer's problems and efficiently resolves the technical inquiry via remote channels like phone, email, portal etc.

• 能够充分理解顾客的技术问题，并能通过电话、邮件、门户网站等渠道高效地讨论和解决技术问题。

• Research Ｏn solution by replicating customer's issue in lab, proactively works with R&D by providing customer insights etc. 

• 通过在实验室复现问题、与研发团队合作探讨顾客反馈等方法寻找解决方案。

• Qualify and refer hardware, software and services sales opportunities to the right Sales teams. 

• 将优质的硬件、软件和服务的销售机会转给销售团队。

• Contribute technical articles to the KeysightCare Knowledge ba

Qualification

• Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• 电子工程或者相关专业的博士、硕士、学士。

• Typically 8Year Experience in using Test & Measurement instrumentation for Digital Test. e.g. High Performance Oscilloscope, AWG, BERT etc. Well understand Ｏn high-speed digital interface test.

• 在数字接口测试方面有至少8年以上的工作经验，并拥有高性能示波器、任意波形发生器、误码仪等数字测试设备的丰富使用经验，具备深厚的高速数字总线测试知识。

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. And be able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.

• 有较强的与人沟通的意愿、能力和技巧。能够远程讨论和解释复杂问题。

• Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.

• 拥有客户至上的心态，并有热情客户服务。

• Be able to handle multi-task and work under pressure.

• 可以同时处理多项任务，并能够承担一定的工作压力。

• Written and verbal proficiency in both English and Chinese. 

• 熟练的中文和英语。
